This picture below shows that mouse feed off of the plants and the fox feeds off of the mouse. Therefor enerfy is transferd from sun to the animals.   This shows that plants give 100% of energy to both the fox and the mouse. The mouse gives 10% because it only gives its energy to the Fox. !00% of the energy is available at the first trophic level and only 1% of energy at the highest trophic level. When one animal feeeds off another, there is a loss of heat or energy in the process. | This food web shows the food patternt in the forest. it also shows the way that energy is passed many differnt ways in the forest. An abotic factor from this food web is that they need to have sun to get plants, and plants are the main producer. Water is also an abiotic factor becuase it gives plants energy.  |
